Welcome to Blwyddyn 5's Page

Our classrooms are welcoming and supportive environments where children are encouraged to feel confident, curious, and ready to learn. We aim to create a positive space in which every pupil feels valued and inspired.

Welcome to our Year 5 class page. This term, our topic is World at War. We will begin by exploring the causes of World War I and the events that led to its outbreak. We will then move on to studying the key events of World War II. Finally, we will look at more recent conflicts and consider how they continue to impact the world today.

Year 5 have been put through their paces during our very own Army Training! 🪖💪 There were plenty of red faces, lots of determination and some very tired soldiers by the end! 😂
